I want to thank Propel for giving me a community who cared when I was in high school, for allowing me to return, and aid in further developing the organization with my creative ideas. I want to thank Aaron and Kristin for believing in my proposal and my abilities to effectively and passionately participate in a summer of  civic engagement. I want to thank my mentor, Lauren Gardner, for insightful conversations and advice.

Whats next for me is fairly simple. My initial goal was to leave an impact on my community partner and  I will continue to do this by managing the alumni initiative until they receive funding to hire someone to take over full time. I've enjoyed my past two summers of civic engagement and I want to continue incorporating it into my life. I want to begin transitioning to consulting for a firm that focuses on advising larger nonprofits.
